
Italian large chest from parade
Important trunk of marriage known as “cassone” of rectangular form, in drowning and natural wood richly carved scenes with the antique with putti dancing in rollings up in leaf with decoration of the grotesque.A blazon frames terms, in strong relief, the panel exterior wall.
At the base a thick carved heel of sheets rests on four feet with lions zoomorphes, the angles with decoration of caryatids.
Is opens to his inside a precious cloth made of silk to the embroideries to relief, drawing of the seventeenth century.
Tuscany, middle of the 16th century.
